I've only seen you at events or on social media, do you really exist?

Yes we really exist. We are real people, in the real world doing normal jobs and working hours just like other people. We chose to build QMRUK in our spare time as we believe in what we are trying to achieve. You can find us at events, car shows and other places though out the year so please come and say hi. What makes you different from other brands?

There is quite alot that makes us different although it may not be obvious from looking at us. We see things differently than other brands do. We offer alot more about this on our main We Are Qmruk page. The main things that seperate us from others are:

1. We focus on and accentuate the positive in mental health, not the negative,

2. We focus on a strong, clear message and imagery that can be seen and read, not an overly busy design,

3. We offer choice to find your voice - because everyone is different

4. We offer a different perspective on mental health. motoring cutlure and all related aspects.

5. we donate to charity from online orders and all remaining funds go back into the brand,

Do you really care about all your different genres?

Definately! All the QMRUK family have all had struggles and we know alot about how simple and everyday things can be affected, let alone hobbies and how powerful they can be in helping support your mind and positivity amongst so much more. We are real world people, living in the real world understanding real world problems. We care about sending out the right message to everyone about what is real about mental health and not just what people think they know.

Where are you based?

We are based on the edge of Somerset in the UK. We travel all over the UK to meet new people and attend some awesome events.

Can I speak to you at an event?

Of course!! Please come and say hello and have a chat. We always want to meet people and are happy to try and help in any way we can. We learn alot from people we meet and how they handle their everyday, we welcome that. We are always open to a hello, a wave or a conversation. We try to be approachable as possible for everyone.

You have so many products, do you really produce them all?

Yes we do. All listings on out site are made to order. This is how we are able to offer so much choice and variety for almost every product we offer. Everyone has a different understanding of mental health and other things so we take that into consideration in all we design and produce. We offer choice for you to find your voice.

Is everything printed really made to order?

Yes it is. We take care with every order and have measurements in place to ensure quality with every order.

Do you really create all these designs and ideas?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do. We create designs based on what we think people will like, not based on what we like. This allows us to create so many different styles, designs and choices based on a community principle. We create for the community, based on the community by the community. We're not afraid to push the boundaries to create stronger messages and statements that we believe people will respond to.

Some designs you have seem to have more than one meaning, is that an accident?

Accepted Answer

Nope, that is competely on purpose. We have many designs that can be read more than one way and this is by design. Context is important in a message but sometimes, it can be about more than one thing. We offer a 50/50 split across our site between motoring and mental health, this means that we have designs that are more orientated one way or the other but also that there is alot of crossover. This means that a person can read something one way and someone else can read it another. We offer a cross between subtle, mixed and prominent designs for both motoring and/or mental health. This means people can evoke more confidence from what they choose to wear and can feel comfortable. It is all be design

I'm cautious about ordering because my order is personal. How many people know what i order?

Only yourself and us at Qmruk, We take GDPR and security very seriously, aswell as peoples personal feelings. We make sure our site is secure, whether you create and customer account or check out as a guest, only our ordering system sees any personal information, meaning only 1 person will see that order and information in order to process it for you the customer. rest assured.

We process orders in the order our system receives them as to be fair to everyone ordering online. We aim to have everything processed, produced and dispatched within 3-8 working days allowing for weekends and holidays affecting delivery.

Why is my clothing curing for 24 hours prior to dispatch?

This is purely for quality control and to ensure the printing process has completed the design to the highest standard. We choose to hold onto it for 24 hours to make sure that there are no issues prior to dispatch.

I wanted to purchase something i saw at an event you attended but i can't see that type of product on your website. Is it on your partners website?

Accepted Answer

GDPR? How long do you keep my details?

Accepted Answer

If you create a customer account, then it is your choice to store your details for as long as you like. We can't access them so you are in full control. If you check out as a guest, then they stay on the system for as long as we keep the order stored. This is anywhere between 90 days and 180 days depending on when it is closed. The system updates automatically.

We don't offer a fast track service currently. If you would need an order fast tracked for a specific reason, please contact us prior to purchase and we'll happily see if we can help

Please be patient when it comes to the delivery service. We always mark dispatch emails for distribution at the time of dispatch, we include tracking numbers if applicable in your dispatch email aswell. We only use royal mail services at this time for consistancy.

Our return policy: We accept returns for some items and circumstances but not all. Please contact us should you have a return enquiry

We do not accept returns of any printed item unless it has been received in error or an error/mistake in printing. This is due to the fact that all printed items are made to order. Please contact us with an enquiry.

You sell auto accessories, how do if they are legal or illegal?

Accepted Answer

Strictly legal upgrades, accessories and modifications are the only items Qmruk will sell. Road legal products are perfectly okay to purchase but it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to use/fit them correctly and legally. Vehicle MOT is a legal responsibility of the owner of a vehicle. Please stay road legal.
